Saint Germain French Cafe & Bakery recently launched a new location at The Interlock. The new locale is proudly serving their famous French pâtisseries we all have come to love from their original site at Ponce City Market. Owners Mathieu and Heather Jourdan-Gassin are delighted to expand their business to the Westside District and continue offering their delicately crafted French pastries along with their artisanal coffees to the neighborhood.
